Great school next to bus stop and University.
Nice experience
Since the registration period opened, it has been impossible to register people with an identification document other than a DNI. The computer scientists have been trying to "solve" the problem since Friday and it is Tuesday and they still can't do it. The solution they gave me yesterday was to try it at night, today they tell me to try it in a couple of days. Disappointing as a public service. The IT team should be able to solve something as simple as a dropdown.
I went to register and they told me that it can only be done online. It seems fine to me, but he also tells me that it DOES NOT WORK on the Internet. You'll tell me then how I enroll. The only solution: make an appointment, because they cannot attend to us (all those working are talking to each other, they are not busy). I imagine that without the page working there will be no appointment until 2030...
Totally, they take away a service that has always worked, to not give you any type of attention since the page is terrible. If you want to change it online IT HAS TO WORK 24 HOURS!!
I have been learning languages with them for three years. All the teachers I have had have been excellent. Always caring about the students' learning and providing assistance for doubts, materials, etc. Even in confinement we were able to continue classes. It is very accessible by public transport from many municipalities.
As a disadvantage, I would say that the furniture and facilities are a little dated... and it would be great if the chairs were more comfortable and to have a table and not what there is now.... I also think that the places are very limited. Some years I have not been able to go to a language that I was interested in, so I would love for the school to expand the training offer or for them to open another center in Bilbao.
A good center to learn a language at a more than affordable price. It also depends on the luck of the teacher you get and depending on which you learn to a greater or lesser extent. Official classes just started this week
I made an involuntary assessment, when trying to close the tab that appears in the browser, and a teacher asked me if I had had a problem. . I apologize to the school and teachers, it was totally involuntary.
What's more, I must say, they are wonderful professionals, and I am delighted with the treatment received and the help provided with one of my children.
The way supposed public servants treat you is a shame. The best thing there are the salaries of teachers, secretaries and all that stuff set up on account of our taxes. The fewer people who sign up for the courses, the better for them. His salary is several thousand euros. It is a salary that is more Norwegian than Basque. They are those who will later demonstrate in favor of a PUBLIC language school when the government of the day closes that nest of lazy people and faces. Do they do anything public? That's what I wonder. Everything they do is private, but yes, they use what is public. How disgusting they are! and it is not envy for the record. It is something that happens in many public places but that EOIYVP (Official School of Public Languages and Vagrants) is the northern lights. They should record on hidden camera and report the annual withdrawals and results of those suffering students.
